| Kathleen Hazel was born in Vermont and was raised in Plattsburgh. She is the mother of two sons and grandmother to two grandsons. She was executive director of the Senior Citizens Council of Clinton County, Inc. for 17 years and a caregiver for both her late husband, Gordon, and currently her mother. She totally enjoys her family and friends and a host of activities such as reading, volunteering, quilting, outside sports and traveling. | |
