  • Vegetables
  • Olive Oil
  • Herbs

Use herbs and vegetables of choice. Squash, potatoes, peppers, or onions, add rosemary, basil, garlic, salt or pepper, whatever strikes your fancy. If you are feeling ambitious the vegetables can also be marinated. Clean, slice, and toss vegetables in olive oil and herbs. Cook on the grill for 5 minutes.
